| Following rules, terms, conditions and "Code of Conduct" issued by the University of Delhi will be strictly adhered for contesting the Students' Union election of the college. |

| 1. Only 3rd year students shall be eligible to contest for the post of President. |
| 2. The post of Joint Secretary is open only to 1st year students. |
| 3. Candidates must have obtained 50% marks in the last examination, i.e the examination held immediately before contesting the election. However, the 50% marks criteria will not be applicable for the post of Central Councillor (CC) as these are as per DUSU Rules/Constitution. |
| 4. Nomination forms shall be available at Rs. 50/-. The money collected shall go to the Union Fund. |
| 5. Candidates for the post of president are required to deposit Rs. 200/- as security(Refundable). Candidates for all other posts are required to deposit Rs. 100/- as security. |
| 6. Security has to be deposited with Mrs. B. Chawla, Room No. 2 or Mr. D. R. Magar, Room No. 2A, on Wednesday, 25th August 2010 upto 3.00 p.m., failing which their names shall stand automatically withdrawn. |
| 7. The security deposit shall be forfeited in case a candidate fails to get at least 10% of the total valid votes cast for the post. |
| 8. A candidate withdrawing his/her candidature before the last date fixed for such withdrawal may claim the return of security deposit in person by showing his/her identity card from Mrs. B. Chawla, Room No. 2 or Mr. D. R. Magar, Room No. 2A. |
| 9. The schedule for the College Students Union Election shall be the same as the DUSU Elections( also displayed on the Notice Board). |
