NOTE: The foreign students have to pay an additional fee equivalent to U.S.$ 100 in, Indian rupees.

GENERAL RULES REGARDING FEES

1. Students will pay the fees in advance at the time of admission.
The Examination fee shall be paid in the month of October.

2. All annual dues are payable along with the tuition fee at the time
of admission.

3. Part payment will not be accepted.

4. Fees wiIl be accepted in cash only for 1 to 5. For B.Sc. (H)
Computer Science payment by demand draft in favour of
Principal C.V.S. New Delhi.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION AND REFUND OF FEES

The student who wishes to get his/her admission cancelled has to apply in writing to the Principal with his/her application countersigned by guardian/parent. Refund of fee will be made as per Delhi University rules after one month of the cancellation of admission. No claim for refund will be entertained after close of financial year i.e. 31 st March.

In case a student has continued to be on the rolls of the College for more than two months, he/she will be required to pay all the charges that may fall due during this period.

Application for the refund of security deposit must be made within three years of leaving the College. Payment will be made after deduction of outstanding dues, if any.

PAYMENT OF COLLEGE DUES
(BY II AND III YEARS STUDENTS)

The students of 2nd and 3rd years should deposit their fees along with the annual dues as soon as the results of the respective examinations are declared. In no case fees will be accepted beyond one month from the date of the declaration of the result. The class wise date of payment of dues will be notified on the College notice board at the apropriate time.

RE-ADMISSION OF THE STUDENTS

Students of the College who fail in the University Examination, or who fail to take the University Examinations because of any reason including those whose results are withheld on account of use of unfair means shall have their names struck off the rolls of the college. The College will not entertain applications for re-admission to same programme from such students. However students detained for shortage of attendence will be re-admitted in the same course.
